Oban ferry to Craignure (50 mins)
Duart Castle – Duart Caslte the clan seat of the MacLean’s. It stands like a sentinel as the Calmac ferries enter the Sound of Mull.
Inch Kenneth – View the highland home of the infamous Mitford sisters from the shoreline at Gribun rocks.
Macquarie Mausoleum – Macquarie is often described as ‘the father of Australia’ due to his work as Governor of New South Wales from 1810 – 1821.
Calgary Bay – a beautiful sandy beach on the North West coast and gives its name to the 2nd city of Alberta, Canada.
Glengorm Castle – Café and grounds. Glengorm Castle is a 19th century country house located 4 miles North West of Tobermory.
Tobermory – the main town on Mull with over 1000 inhabitants. It is a picture postcard port with its brightly coloured harbour-front buildings.

Tobermory ferry to Kilchoan (35 mins).
Ardnamurachan and Sanna Bay. The most westerly point in the UK mainland.
Tioram Castle. Traditional seat of the Clan MacDonald of Clan Ranald.
Arisaig. Arisaig is a pretty village boasting superb coastal scenery.
Mallaig ferry to Armadale (35 mins).
Broadford (2 x nights). The second largest village on Skye and a good base to explore the island.
The Cuillins. Traverse beneath the Black Mountains which are reputed to be the most spectacular and most challenging mountain range in the British Isles.
Dunvegan Castle. Built on a rock in an idyllic lochside setting. Dunvegan is the oldest continuously occupied castle in Scotland and has been the ancestral home of the Chiefs of the Clan MacDonald for 800 years.
Quiraing. The Quiraing is a spectacular outcrop of rock on the northernmost peninsula of Skye.
Old Man of Storr. The Old Man Of Storr is an impressive pinnacle that stands alone in front of a backdrop of cliffs.
Broadford or Portree (overnight)
Eilean Donan Castle. Iconic and probably the most recognisable highland castle in Scotland.
Invergary. A village at the foot of Glengarry as it links with the Great Glen between Fort William and Inverness.
Spean Bridge – Visit the Commando Memorial which is dedicated to soldiers who trained in this area for special operations during WWII.
Fort William. Lying in the shadow of Ben Nevis, Fort William is the ‘Outdoor Capital of the UK’ and the main town in Lochaber.
Castle Stalker. Castle Stalker is one of the most photographed castles in Scotland.
