Outer Hebrides Tour

There is so much to see and do on the Outer Hebrides that we invite you to create your own itinerary. Essentially, armed with a loose plan you can go wherever you like. A basic structure is presented below but can be adjusted to suit your needs.

Day 1. Depart Oban on the 1330 ferry to Castlebay on Barra and an overnight stay.
Day 2. Depart Barra on the 0925 hrs ferry to Eriskay and spend a day on South Uist.
Day 3. Spend the day on North Uist and catch the 1720 hrs ferry from Berneray to Leverburgh.
Day 4. Spend a day on Harris.
Day 5. Spend the day on Lewis.
Day 6 spend the morning on Lewis and catch the 1400 hrs ferry to Ullapool. Depart Ullapool at 1630 for Inverness and enjoy the final evening at Hootannnay’s.
Day 7. Return to Oban via the Great Glen or fly out of Inverness Airport.

Alternatively, on Day 6 take the ferry from Tarbert on Harris to Uig on Skye. Day 7 Return to Oban.
